Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Urban Hydro Gardens ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Urban Hydro Gardens ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Shipping:
All orders will begin processing after payment is received, please contact us immediately for any special shipping needs. Most orders will leave our warehouse within 3-7 business days. Bulk nutrient orders or customized grow cabinets could take 1-3 weeks to ship. All orders will ship USPS or FedEx Home Delivery Service, depending on the size and weight of your package. All cabinet orders and larger sized orders must ship FedEx, and to a residential address, FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Back orders
We'll contact you by email within (2) business days to notify of any back-ordered item. At that time, we'll provide an estimate as to when your item will be received in and shipped. Buyers can cancel an order or substitute for a different item by calling our toll free customer service line: 855-456-0564
Nutrient Orders
Due to the shelf-life of many of the nutrients we carry, we typically only stock items that have a quick turn-over. Anything we don't keep on hand, we order directly from the manufacturer as we we receive customer orders, ensuring the freshest and highest quality blends. Some nutrient orders may take 1-3 weeks to be received and shipped. We'll contact you by email within (2) business days for any back-ordered nutrients, and provide a ship time estimate. If your nutrient needs are urgent or require special handling, please feel free to contact us at that time, and we can quote expedited handling and shipping cost.
Sales Tax
Urban Hydro Gardens charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site to Nevada residents.
Return Policy
All refunds must meet the following criteria:
• All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• All items must be clean and not have been altered or damaged in any way.
• All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless items are damaged in shipment
• All Defective items and or parts will be replaced at manufactures expense
• All nutrients that are opened may not be refunded
